A native of Raleigh, North Carolina and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), Tonya Debnam is as comfortable in her community as she is knowledgeable in her business. Tonya’s first hand knowledge of Triangle growth; varied civic involvement and keen interest in the economic development of her home town, inspires and motivates her to assist others in the pursuit of their dreams in the Triangle Region.
More than just a well rounded banker, Tonya’s talents in the financial industry include the innate ability to educate, train, and nurture development in others. Her wealth of financial experience gained during the last almost two decades has included Commercial, Mortgage, and Consumer Banking. Her passion for knowledge and continuing education is not only imparted to her clients, but is also exhibited by Tonya having acquired her Series 6 & 63 Investment, Insurance, NC Real Estate, NC Real Estate Broker, and NC Mortgage Loan Officer Licenses. Her immeasurable experience in various aspects of banking has equipped Tonya to be one of the most sought after financial professionals in the Triangle and the State.
Tonya currently employs her skills managing Focus Realty Advisors. FRA is a full service, real estate company which has earned the reputation of providing a personal touch in an otherwise impersonal business world. Tonya's expertise aids clients in achieving their goals at the level by satisfying commercial, residential, and church lending needs.
While sustaining corporate success, Tonya nurtures her personal development by devoting time to organizations in the community. She serves with the Triangle Chapter of Urban Financial Services Coalitions, Wake County Commission for Women, National Association of Female Executives, NC Association of Realtors, Commercial Real Estate Women, Founder of DOW (Young Adult Investment Club) and quite a few others.

In what little free time she has, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Taylor, family members, cooking, reading, relaxing and a spa treatment every now and then.
